All Letters from Santa come personalised for that extra magic feel! We will need various details from you, so please make sure to add those before checking out. 

Each letter type requires different personalised information, so please be careful how this is worded. Details entered will be printed as they are written in the boxes below.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

When will my order ship?

All Letters from Santa are purchased on a pre-order basis to give the elves sufficient amount of time to get all packages ready.

Shipping will happen on two separate days:

  • 20th November 2026
  • 4th December 2026

How long until my order is delivered?

After dispatch, you should expect to receive your items within the following timeframe:

  • Ireland: 1- 5 working days
  • UK & Northern Ireland: 5 - 15 working days
  • Rest of the world: 5-20 working days

Orders are shipped from Kildare, Ireland.

Multiple letters for the same household will be shipped in the same package, addressed to the parents. This way, you can decide exactly when to give letters to recipients.

Shipping name and address should be yours (the parent's).

Please note Christmas time can be a busier period, and delays may happen which are out of our control. The above information is an estimate based on the postal service we use: An Post.
